Tuition for the month is due at the first lesson of each month. This guarantees your spot for that month. You can pay using all the convenient modern digital and bank methods, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and of course, cash, as you prefer.
General Policies
- 24-hour notice of a lesson cancellation is required, unless it is due to an unexpected/sudden accident or illness. If not, I will have to charge for the full cost of the scheduled lesson.
- Please try to attend every scheduled lesson and be on time. Of course, in all our busy lives, the unexpected happens. But repeated unexpected happenings are not desirable for either of us.
- One make-up lesson is allowed, if scheduled within thirty days of the missed lesson.
- Lessons missed due to cancellation on my part will of course be made up.
- Should you quit studying Japanese, I would appreciate it if you notified me in advance.
- Since I am among those whose immune system is severely compromised, wearing a mask is required for ALL in-person lessons. If you or your child forgets theirs, we have a limited supply of masks to offer.
- Online lessons: I provide online lessons on Zoom. If you do not have Zoom, we can likely find another way to connect online.
